LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE ROLE
Working for the Cash and Banking Process Design Manager, this role ultimately provides support to the Head of Customer Digital Innovation & Transformation. This role is responsible for the management of the relevant Credit, Cash & Banking processes with the bp group s Enterprise Activity Model (EAM)
The role will support the design, ongoing development and delivery of globally standardized credit, cash & banking processes This includes accountability for end-to-end process design, actively working with key collaborators (such as Group Treasury, FBT Cash & Banking, FBT Enabling Solutions and bp entity partners), ensuring alignment with business needs, and providing expertise to optimize processes & workflows. This role is also responsible for supporting digital innovation initiatives as part of our transformation agenda !
The Senior Lead is responsible for actively supervising and analyzing regional and global process performance to identify conformance issues and opportunities. They will facilitate end-to-end process optimization and will provide support to ensure process efficiencies are identified and realized !
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in related area, or related experience with 5 + years experience.
Crucial Experience
Have in-depth knowledge of credit, cash & banking processes including key activities, roles, departments, and common Process Performance Indicators Considerable Business / Process Analysis experience, preferably with strong end user interaction Solid understanding of tools and systems associated with data gathering, compilation and analysis. Confirmed hands on experience in process management and re-engineering. Track record of experience in developing business requirements and/or participation in a large-scale process re-design initiative Knowledge of project and organisational change methodologies and financial/operational control practices Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to communicate clearly. A proven track record of being part of multidisciplinary, sophisticated projects or transformation programs. Track record in project management and execution (either Waterfall or Agile delivery) Able to prioritize, handle issues and situations, following through to resolution in a timely manner and focusing efforts to deliver business value, advancing accurately if needed.
