As the Credit Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality appraisal of credit for worthy borrowers and to guarantee timely credit and transaction approvals for delegation under your supervision. You will need to actively participate in process re-engineering related to products/processes, collaborate with business, OSD, and Policy teams for any process/policy changes, and demonstrate self-drive, goal orientation, and dynamic nature.
