Job Description

Evaluate and process Commercial Vehicle (New & Used) loan proposals.
Conduct detailed credit appraisal including income assessment, banking analysis, and repayment capacity.
Verify customer KYC documents, financials, bank statements, and vehicle-related documents.
Analyze credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Equifax, etc.) and highlight risks.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth disbursement.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain documentation accuracy and timely processing of cases.
Monitor portfolio quality and support resolution of early delinquencies if required.
Prepare credit notes and MIS reports as per management requirements.
Support audit requirements and ensure zero deviations in credit files.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, or relevant field preferred).
Experience:
35 years of experience in Credit function for Commercial Vehicle loans (NBFC/MFI/Bank).
Age Limit:
Up to 38 years (as per company policy).
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of CV lending policies and risk assessment
Hands-on experience in credit appraisal and documentation
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting
Familiarity with credit bureaus and compliance norms

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience with NBFC/Microfinance institutions.
Exposure to both New & Used Commercial Vehicle financing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet TATs.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
