Position:

Role Overview:

collecting, validating, and analyzing branch-level data

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and validate daily/weekly/monthly reports from all branches on

  disbursements, collections, and overdue portfolio

  .
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO and senior management.
• Analyze KPIs such as

  Collection Efficiency, PAR (Portfolio at Risk), Loan Disbursement Volumes, and Recovery Trends

  .
• Identify discrepancies or unusual trends in branch-level data and escalate to management.
• Support operational reviews, audits, and compliance reporting with accurate MIS inputs.
• Provide data-driven insights to support policy, strategy, and performance improvement decisions.
• Coordinate closely with branch staff and regional teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
• Assist COO in preparing

  monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in

  Commerce, Economics, Statistics, IT, or related discipline

  (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).

• 13 years of MIS/Data analysis experience

  (Microfinance/Banking/NBFC sector preferred).
• Advanced

  MS Excel skills

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting reports and insights to senior management.
