Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support execution of all special programs like Direct Assignment, Portfolio Buyout, PTC investments, CGTMSE management, Co-lending etc.
Own pool exploration and selection with required data filters applicable for different product lines.
Project Loss Estimation basis partner and off us data trends of potential pools and enable decision making.
Track actual loss trends of the pools acquired and drive corrective actionable basis insights.
Assist in designing/developing - new programs, processes, products, credit policies, from risk management perspective, in line with best industry practices
Support in modifying & release of amendments in the policies and programs across all such products and programs on ongoing basis using data analytics
Coordinate with Lending Partners, Aggregators, Vendors, Service Providers towards pool selection, data exchange, portfolio monitoring as and when needed.
Track and maintain credit quality of assigned portfolios. Track credit loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all such portfolios
Monitor all assigned portfolios on daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain risk metrics at desired levels by continuously analysing, identifying, and eliminating the high- risk segment from portfolio. Recommend corrective actions for maintaining a healthy portfolio and lower loss rates.
