SATYA Micro Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. (SMHFPL), formerly Baid Housing Finance Private Limited, is a Housing Finance Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Incorporated in 2008, SMHFPL focuses on providing housing finance to self-employed, low to middle-income families in semi-urban and rural areas of India. The company aims to help underserved communities achieve their dreams of home ownership.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Analyst, located in Hardoi. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the creditworthiness of loan applicants. Day-to-day tasks include assessing financial records, preparing credit reports, and making recommendations on approval or denial of loan applications. The role also involves communicating with applicants and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Strong Credit Management and Credit assessment skills
Excellent Analytical Skills for financial evaluation
Effective Communication skills to interact with applicants and team members
Solid understanding of Finance principles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
