The company aims to help underserved communities achieve their dreams of home ownership. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Analyst, located in Hardoi. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the creditworthiness of loan applicants. Day-to-day tasks include assessing financial records, preparing credit reports, and making recommendations on approval or denial of loan applications. The role also involves communicating with applicants and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Strong Credit Management and Credit assessment skills Excellent Analytical Skills for financial evaluation Effective Communication skills to interact with applicants and team members Solid understanding of Finance principles Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus Attention to detail and ability to work independently
