Credit Analyst

Role Overview: As a Credit Analyst at Husky TechnologiesTM in New Delhi, India, your main responsibility will be to maximize receivables turnover and cash flow while minimizing bad debt and maintaining good customer relations. You will play a crucial role in credit and collection tasks for an assigned portfolio of Indian customers. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for credit and collection tasks for an assigned portfolio of Indian customers - Reduce the Account Receivable in India with the special objective to reduce the past due invoices to a maximum of 6% at year end - Align commercial practices to improve collection - Credit approval of orders - Credit release shipments in ERP systems - Prepare periodic statements of account for customers - Provide periodic reports to the Credit Manager located in Europe (Luxembourg) - Provide data required for prompt, accurate posting of cash receipts - Obtain and analyze credit reports, trade and bank references, financial statements to establish appropriate terms and limits on a timely basis. Monitor account performance against terms and limits and analyze. - Respond to customer inquiries, requests for trade references, assist in period-end close and reconciliation process. - Provide timely, accurate and complete data required for preparation of monthly and quarterly reports - Communicate any kind of issues to sales and manufacturing Qualifications: - Education: University Degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Related Experience: 1 year of commercial credit experience (preferred), credit experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset Additional Details: Husky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
