Job Description

As a Credit Administration and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to Credit Administration and Operations in the company. **Role Overview:** Your role will involve managing Credit Administration tasks such as issuing and reviewing facility-related documents, preparing loan agreements, obtaining necessary approvals, liaising with correspondent factors, creating securities, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and manuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities for Factoring/Trade Finance, managing timely disbursements, ensuring compliance with FCI rules, statutory bodies, and handling collection activities to maintain financial health. **Key Responsibilities:** - Issuing and reviewing facility-related documents, conducting KYC and AML checks. - Preparing loan agreements, facility letters, debtor approval letters. - Obtaining approvals for deviations, coordinating with various internal teams. - Creating securities as per facility approvals, maintaining facilities in factoring systems. - Developing and updating Credit Administration Manual, ensuring compliance with CAD Procedure Manual. - Managing day-to-day operational activities for Factoring/Trade Finance. - Developing and updating Operations Manual for streamlining operations. - Ensuring timely disbursements, compliance with FCI rules, statutory bodies. - Managing collection activities, monitoring, follow-ups, controlling overdues. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of credit administration processes. - Knowledge of operational management and compliance requirements. - Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams effectively. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization abilities. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of credit administration processes, operational management, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal teams.
