Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Overall Platform Operations

Own the daily operational health of the platform, ensuring creators availability and responsiveness.
Monitor core metrics: creator supply, peak-hours coverage, pickup rates, drop-offs, issues.
Create SOPs and scalable operational workflows.
Coordinate with moderation, support, and product teams for quick escalation resolution.
Manage shift planning, creator availability, and capacity planning.

2. Drive Creator Operations

Lead onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement of creators.
Build creator pipelines and maintain supply-demand balance.
Develop training frameworks, content playbooks, and operational guidelines.
Track creator lifecycle: onboarding activation retention performance improvement.
Run feedback loops, creator meetings, and engagement rituals.

3. Ensure Creator Quality & Experience

Define and maintain ChatSpark creator experience standards.
Conduct regular audits of creator calls, interactions, and performance.
Identify quality gaps and implement coaching or corrective actions.
Collaborate with Product to improve creator tools, dashboards, and workflows.
Build a strong, consistent creator community culture.

4. Process Building & Data Insights

Create structured processes across operations, quality, and creator management.
Generate weekly reports on creator performance, ops metrics, and platform health.
Use data to identify problem areas and drive continuous optimization.
Build frameworks that enable operations to scale without losing quality.
