What You’ll Do


Brand & Campaign Thinking

  • Build creative directions and campaign ideas rooted in brand insight.
  • Carry out concept development, copywriting, and scriptwriting across social and video.
  • Lead presentations and creative walkthroughs with clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business teams on pitches and new projects.
  • Stay plugged into culture, trends, and brand movements and translate them into ideas.

Social & Content Strategy

  • Build monthly social directions and content calendars for brands.
  • Turn trends, observations, and narratives into ideas that feel fresh yet on-brand.
  • Oversee copy and creative output across all posts, reels, and stories.
  • Guide the team on tone, structure, and flow of storytelling.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, editors, and producers to bring ideas to life.
  • Provide visual and tonal direction for campaigns.
  • Review and refine output for creative quality and brand alignment.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the Social Media Executives on execution and timelines.


Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, creative strategy, or content marketing.
  • Strong storytelling instincts: you think in ideas, not deliverables.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable taking a brand from idea to execution.
  • Deep understanding of online culture, platform behavior, and trend relevance.
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools or automation platforms (ChatGPT, Notion, Framer, n8n, etc.)


Nice-to-Haves (Optional)

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives.
  • Familiarity with pitches, deck-building, and creative showcases.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, production).
  • Awareness of awards, creative benchmarks, and the ambition to raise the bar.
