Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on the jewellery market, identifying emerging trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities. Analyse competitors and understand their strategies to differentiate our brand.

Brand Language Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine our brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity. Identify agencies or partners who can assist in creating a compelling, cohesive brand language that resonates with our target audience.

Agency Identification & Collaboration:

• Scout and shortlist creative agencies, design studios, or freelance professionals who can support us in various creative processes, from branding to digital design. Build and maintain strong relationships with these partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Creative Strategy Formulation:

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop creative strategies and campaigns that align with the brand’s vision. Ensure consistency and innovation in all communication touchpoints, both online and offline.

Growth & Learning:

• Constantly seek new learning opportunities, keeping up with industry developments, new tools, and creative trends. Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance the brand’s growth and visibility.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  A degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.

• Experience:

  0-3 years of experience in market research, creative strategy, or branding (experience in fashion or jewellery is a plus).

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behaviour
