Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team at Fronseye Tech N Trade Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in innovative thinking and strategic planning to drive impactful creative solutions that resonate with our audience and align with our client’s brand's mission. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns that elevate our brand presence and engage consumers effectively. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights. 
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and creative problem-solving. 
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform creative direction and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling creative materials that enhance brand storytelling. 
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and expected outcomes. 
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives. 

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 to 7+

    years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment with US geographic scope.

    (US experience mandatory)

     
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful creative campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and market dynamics. 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Proven track record of managing projects and leading creative teams. 
  • Familiarity with design software and creative production processes. 
  • Familiar with Learning management system (LMS) concepts. 

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Understanding of creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Experience with project management software and collaboration tools. 

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. 
  • Strong collaborative spirit, with a passion for fostering team creativity and innovation. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to changing priorities and feedback.
