Our signature two-wheeler, Indie – the SUV of Scooters, is built to be a dependable companion in getting things done. We’re a 750+ strong Bengaluru based team – backed by marquee international investors, with mobility-focused funds linked to Yamaha Motors, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, Toyota VC, Trucks Venture Capital, and Maniv Mobility. River Media Studio is looking for a Creative Producer to conceptualize and direct original, longform and shortform videos and properties for our YouTube channel. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of creatives, contributing to the creative and strategic vision for our YouTube Content and building River’s presence on the platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Storytelling – Create stories and formats for the brand keeping in mind the brand's tone of voice and the larger Creative Strategy Video Planning & Production – Guide the end-to-end planning, filming and editing with in-house creators and external collaborators Timeline & Budget Management– Give sharp, constructive feedback to elevate the final cut and keep timelines and budgets in check Platform Awareness & Trendspotting – Stay curious about what’s happening on YouTube—new creators, formats, and shifts in viewer behavior that might inspire the next big ideas Ideal Candidate Hands on experience in shaping stories on screen and understanding the difference between a one-off hit and long- term resonance A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, video production and a portfolio that shows creative thinking and craft Experience in organizing, collaborating and know how to handle budgets and comfortable leading cross-functional teams A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be an asset Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is expected An interest in mobility, tools, or community-led storytelling is also a bonus.
