River Media Studio is looking for a Creative Producer to conceptualize and direct original, longform and shortform videos and properties for our YouTube channel. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of creatives, contributing to the creative and strategic vision for our YouTube Content and building River’s presence on the platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Storytelling – Create stories and formats for the brand keeping in mind the brand's tone of voice and the larger Creative Strategy
• Video Planning & Production – Guide the end-to-end planning, filming and editing with in-house creators and external collaborators
• Timeline & Budget Management– Give sharp, constructive feedback to elevate the final cut and keep timelines and budgets in check
• Platform Awareness & Trendspotting – Stay curious about what’s happening on YouTube—new creators, formats, and shifts in viewer behavior that might inspire the next big ideas

Ideal Candidate

• Hands on experience in shaping stories on screen and understanding the difference between a one-off hit and long- term resonance
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, video production and a portfolio that shows creative thinking and craft
• Experience in organizing, collaborating and know how to handle budgets and comfortable leading cross-functional teams
• A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be an asset
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is expected
