Creative Producer

Role Description

What you’ll do:

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into actionable insights for the creative and production teams.

• Act as the main bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage creative projects from concept to delivery — timelines, budgets, and quality control included.

• Participate in brainstorming and creative problem-solving to bring fresh ideas and feasible solutions to the table.

• Coordinate with designers, writers, animators, and developers to maintain consistency and vision.

• Oversee post-production and ensure deliverables meet both creative standards and client expectations. What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in creative production (advertising, gaming, film, or digital media).

• Strong communication and organizational skills — you can guide a team and keep clients confident.

• An ability to interpret briefs, think strategically, and balance creativity with execution.

• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and passion for driving ideas forward.

• Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Unreal Engine, etc.) and production workflows is a plus.
