Creative Producer

Role Overview: As a Creative Producer - Content & Shoot Strategy, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of brand shoots and creative campaigns. Your role will involve developing creative concepts, strategizing shoots, overseeing on-ground execution, supervising content creation, staying updated with trends, coordinating with clients, and ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions tailored to each brand's identity. - Strategize and plan shoots, including script/storyboard creation, location scouting, model selection, prop planning, and shoot scheduling. - Lead on-ground shoot activities, coordinating with photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, and production teams. - Supervise content production to ensure consistency across platforms, including short-form videos, reels, static posts, and behind-the-scenes footage. - Stay updated with industry trends, innovate creative output, and align with client brand goals. - Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand briefs, present ideas, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or brand shoots. - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of lifestyle, fashion, and luxury brand communication. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines. - Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Willingness to travel for shoots as required.,
