About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join Edit Lobby and help elevate the quality, consistency, and creativity of our video content. This role is perfect for someone who understands the craft of editing, can think creatively, and enjoys managing end-to-end production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong understanding of video editing, including storytelling, pacing, and creating clean, engaging cuts.
Support content production through planning, coordination, and smooth execution of daily workflows.
Refine and enhance scripts, captions, and communication with a strong command over language and attention to detail.
Oversee QC across all deliverables — ensuring visual, audio, and language quality, along with alignment to Edit Lobby’s brand tone.
Ideate creative concepts, content formats, and narrative flows to elevate the overall impact of the content.
Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality production output.
