Creative Producer

If you can hustle like a producer, think like a director, and deliver like a brand owner—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end production of branded video content—from concept development to post-delivery
• Liaise with creative teams, directors, clients, and editors to ensure output meets vision and timelines
• Lead pre-production planning including scripting, casting, and location scouting
• Manage shoots (in-studio and on-location), vendor coordination, crew scheduling, and approvals
• Handle budgets, timelines, and production quality with equal rigor
• Oversee all content formats: reels, digital ads, UGC, testimonial films, influencer content
• Be hands-on with quick-turnaround productions and long-format storytelling
• Translate client briefs into strong visual concepts and content plans
• Manage production timelines and ensure smooth delivery from shoot to post

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising, branded content, or digital production
• Strong visual sensibility and storytelling instincts
• Hands-on knowledge of shoot coordination, scriptwriting, and creative decks
• Strong experience managing branded content shoots across verticals (FMCG, beauty, food, lifestyle)
• Great communication and coordination skills with creatives, editors, and clients
• Problem-solver mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of production workflows, set etiquette, talent handling, and on-ground troubleshootingAbility to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Bonus: Experience with Gen-AI content tools or motion graphics
