Role overview

You will be the visual voice of our marketing. Crafting crisp infographics, persuasive sales presentations, thumb-stopping social content, and short-form video. You will combine marketing thinking with design craft and AI workflows to deliver assets that are on-brand, measurable, and optimised for each channel. Expect variety: campaigns one week, a sales deck the next, and a motion graphic for a product promotion after that. Not just this, you will also collaborate with colleagues around the world (France, UK, US, and India) ensuring clarity, respect, and shared outcomes.


Key responsibilities

·        Create high-impact marketing visuals: infographics, social creatives, email banners, and data-driven visuals.

·        Design polished sales and executive presentations (PowerPoint) and reusable templates for the marketing and sales team

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-performing landing page visuals, CTAs, and page layouts for websites and campaigns.

·        Build brand-aligned campaign materials: one-pagers, brochures, landing page visuals, and digital ads.

·        Produce motion graphics and short-form video for social media, YouTube and other channels.

·        Support content and demand teams with blog visuals, email design, and assets for landing pages and gated content.

·        Keep visual identity consistent across all touchpoints and create clear guidelines/components that scale.

·        Monitor design and digital marketing trends and recommend fresh formats and experiments.

·        Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E/Firefly, Figma/Photoshop AI features, ChatGPT, HeyGen, among others) to accelerate ideation, generate assets, iterate variations, and optimise workflows.

·        Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into measurable creative solutions.

·        Iterate on assets with A/B test learnings and creative optimisation based on campaign metrics.

·        Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in typography, colour usage, imagery style, and overall aesthetic while keeping the brand fresh and relevant.

·        Ensure all marketing designs comply with the organization's information security policies and ISO 27001, safeguarding confidential data, preventing unauthorized use of information, and applying security best practices in collaboration with IT and compliance teams.


Requirements and skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or creative design.
  • Strong portfolio showing social assets, infographics, PPTs, and at least a few video/motion pieces for B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma for interface and visual design.
  • SEO and web design knowledge, including basic HTML/CSS understanding and how visual elements impact page performance and search rankings.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Solid grasp of branding fundamentals, typography, layout, and colour psychology.
  • High AI literacy: prompt crafting, AI image/video generation, and practical knowledge of how to integrate AI into a design pipeline.
  • Comfortable with marketing metrics and creative optimisation — you know how creative impacts CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can present design decisions clearly and take feedback constructively.
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent command of English.
