You should be confident leading the creative process, from idea to final delivery. This includes both static creatives (like social posts, banners, ads) and videos (reels, motion graphics, short brand films).You’ll need to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality output with minimal guidance. Experience
3–4 years of experience in a design or creative roleJob Task Role
- Translate briefs from clients, into creative communication and campaigns.
- Help define a consistent brand look and feel for clients where there’s no clear brand guideline to help the paid media team
- Identify and keep track of content which is working across platforms, in partnership with the CSM team
- Create static and video creatives for ad campaigns, websites, social media, and more.
- Collaborate with the paid media and content teams to understand what’s needed and bring it to life visually.
- Come up with ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and monitor performance of creatives, with input from paid media team
- Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, and AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
- Review work, share feedback, and guide junior designers or freelancers (if needed).
- Make sure all creatives follow brand guidelines and perform well on digital platforms.
- Stay updated with what’s trending in design, platforms, and creative tools.

- Strong in design basics—layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Great with tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, etc.
- Familiar with video editing and basic motion design.
- Comfortable using AI tools for design and ideation.
- Know the creative best practices for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Bonus if you’ve used Figma or have experience working on brand strategy.
