Job Title: Creative Head Location: MG Road, Ernakulam Job Summary: We're looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team and drive innovative ideas that captivate our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Direction: - Develop and implement creative strategies that align with organizational goals. - Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas. 2. Team Management: - Manage and mentor a team of creatives, including designers, writers, and artists. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. 3. Concept Development: - Conceptualize and develop creative campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media). - Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards. 4. Brand Management: - Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets. - Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards. Requirements: - Degree in Design, Advertising, or related field. - Proven experience as a Creative Head or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative work. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to drive innovation and creativity. Nice to Have: - Experience with design thinking and innovation methodologies. - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
