Creative Group Head

As a Group Head Creative Services at Communication Crafts, you will play a crucial role in leading our creative vision and driving impactful brand storytelling. With your 10-12 years of experience, preferably in an agency background, you will be responsible for the following: - Run the operations like a profit centre, ensuring smooth operations that align with quality standards. - Manage and strategize the utilization of budgets for operational activities to maximize output. - Supervise the day-to-day activities of the creative business unit to deliver the best results to clients efficiently. - Communicate intensively with managers and team members from various business processes for effective collaboration. - Identify operational issues, bottlenecks, and potential improvements, making operational decisions with strong analytical skills. - Demonstrate expertise in project planning and execution, problem-solving, and decision-making. - Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to lead the team. - Prior experience in a similar role will be beneficial. - Maximize sales by identifying opportunities, pitching, and working on conversion provided by the sales team.
