The Skills That Seal the Deal

5–7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment
A strong, versatile portfolio that shows off your design chops across formats
You're solid in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or video skills = big bonus
Comfortable working with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
A great design eye, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to lead great work
