🎯 Role: Creative Intern – Marketing Team

We are looking for a passionate and creative intern who can plan, create, edit & post content across platforms while tailoring it to diverse global audiences. If you love storytelling, trends, and experimenting with new formats — this role is for you.

📝 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Content

  Creation: Plan, script, shoot, edit, and post engaging content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories) across Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.

• Regional

  Adaptation: Create content that resonates with different regions globally (local trends, formats, and tone).

• Organic

  Growth & Engagement: Drive strategies to increase reach, boost engagement, and grow Atives’ online presence worldwide.

• Creative

  Storytelling: Craft narratives that reflect Atives’ vision and community.

• Video

  & Audio Editing: Select trending sounds/music and edit content to maximize impact.

• AI-Powered

  Creativity: Use AI tools for content writing, video editing, ad creatives, captions, and cultural adaptations.

• Planning

  & Organizing: Maintain a content calendar, track analytics, and align campaigns with marketing goals.

• Trend

  Spotting: Stay updated with global & local trends, quickly adapting them for Atives.

💡 What We’re Looking For (Ideal You):

• Passionate about content creation & social media growth.
• Strong skills in video editing & design (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Must know AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, etc.) for content, editing & ad creatives.
• Ability to analyze and adapt content per region (tone, culture, audience preferences).
• Knows how to maximize reach & engagement across multiple platforms.
• Super organised with a love for planning and consistency.
• Confident in experimenting with new formats & strategies.

• Stipend: ₹6,000/month (Part-time, 6 hrs/day) | ₹10,000/month (Full-time, 9 hrs/day)

• Pay scale: 2x to 5x your last stipend.
