What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Community Growth Intern – Research, your role is essential in helping the growth and partnerships team stay ahead. You will;

• Research & identify top creative professionals/brands across India/globally.
• Build databases of creative brands, businesses, emerging creators & professionals across creative categories.
• Maintain and update a clean, well-organized CRM or spreadsheet for the Community Growth Team & Partners.
• Track and organize verified leads by category, region, and type.
• Research via Instagram, Behance, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, etc.
• Share daily/weekly research reports with actionable insights.
• Support the outreach team with quality-verified leads.
