We specialize in design, development, and digital marketing, while offering cutting-edge training programs in creative and tech fields. We’re currently seeking a Creative Director to lead our design team, shape visual strategies, and ensure the highest level of creativity across all our projects.

Role Overview

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of our design and marketing projects. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with marketing professionals, and guide the overall aesthetic vision for digital, print, and branding materials. Your leadership will ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with company goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the creative team in producing high-quality design solutions across digital and print media
• Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials
• Oversee the creation of social media content, website designs, advertisements, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, tech) to align creative strategies with business objectives
• Maintain consistency in design style, branding, and messaging across all platforms
• Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the design process
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and quality

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a senior design role (Creative Lead, Senior Designer, etc.)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, branding, and design work
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus
