Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Kochi. The Creative Director will oversee the development and execution of creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and innovation. Daily tasks will include leading brainstorming sessions, managing creative teams, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and presenting ideas to stakeholders. The Creative Director will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends to continuously inspire and elevate the brand's creative vision.

Qualifications

• Creative direction, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience in branding, visual design, and multimedia content creation
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Innovative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative concepts
• Experience in the cosmetics or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
