Role Overview

As a Creative Director at Kshm, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of creatives—designers, writers, cinematographers, and visual storytellers. You will shape the brand’s creative vision, drive impactful campaigns, and ensure every piece of communication resonates with our audience. From strategy to execution, your role will be to elevate our creative output, foster innovation, and strengthen Kshm’s position as a cultural and lifestyle leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the brand vision through impactful creative storytelling.
  • Lead a team of cinematographers, editors, art directors, and stylists.
  • Collaborate with the social media and performance marketing teams to design and execute campaigns, and measure their performance.
  • Translate business objectives into inspiring and effective creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end content creation and production for the brand.
  • Bring a strong knack for creative storytelling and innovative thinking.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in creative leadership within a brand, media, or agency setup.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy, design, and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media, paid ads, digital platforms, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film making, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
