Job Description

Lands & Homes is looking for a multitalented Creative Content Specialist — a rare hybrid who can write, design, conceptualize, and produce world-class content across formats.

This is not a conventional role.
This is for someone who understands aesthetics, storytelling, brand psychology, and high-velocity content creation — and can instinctively switch between copywriting, graphic design, and video production with elegance and precision.

You will shape the visual voice of one of India’s most futuristic PropTech brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Content Copywriting & Visual Design

  • Write clear, compelling, conversion-ready copy for:

ads, reels, brochures, landing pages, emailers, video scripts, app explainers.

  • Design visually strong graphic assets that reflect the premium nature of Lands & Homes.
  • Translate written content into high-quality graphic creatives for digital and offline usage.
  • Create cohesive content pieces where copy + design + storytelling work seamlessly together.

2. Graphic & Video Content Creation

  • Develop graphics for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos, reels, explainers, app feature demos.
  • Create listing explainers, locality content, UGC-style reels, onboarding videos, and property education content.
  • Own the full creative pipeline: concept → script → shoot → edit → final output.

3. Multi-Channel Content Development

  • Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand personality.
  • Ensure consistency across all channels:

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Website, Offline Collateral.

  • Convert long-form ideas into short, sharp, channel-specific formats.

4. Creative Optimization & Insights

  • Analyze performance metrics across platforms and optimize creatives accordingly.
  • Use insights to refine storytelling, improve thumbnails, test hooks, and improve behavioral engagement.
  • Innovate relentlessly — new formats, new angles, new visual directions.

5. AI-Driven Creative Efficiency

  • Leverage AI tools (image generation, copy assistants, video tools) to speed up output.
  • Build internal creative workflows using AI to reduce turnaround time.
  • Constantly experiment with new AI techniques for superior creative quality.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing to align content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product teams for app explainer videos, UI workflows, and feature demos.
  • Support Sales with pitch decks, brochures, project one-pagers, builder presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate with the Growth team to deliver ad-ready creatives based on performance signals.

WHO YOU ARE (Profile Requirements)

We’re looking for someone truly multitalented — not just a designer or a copywriter or a video editor, but a hybrid professional who is:

  • Video-savvy (shooting + editing + creative direction)
  • Fast learner with strong creative instincts

  • Organized with excellent time management
  • Confident in presenting creative ideas to leadership

Experience: 2–6 years in creative, branding, digital content, or multimedia roles.

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects)
  • Figma / Canva
  • CapCut / VN / DaVinci Resolve
  • AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Descript, Pika, Opus
  • Basic understanding of ad platform requirements (Meta/Google)

CORE KPIs FOR THIS ROLE

  • Creative output velocity: 30–50 high-quality assets/month
  • Reel/Shorts production: 8–12 videos/month
  • Ad-ready creatives: 15–20/month
  • Brand consistency score: 95%+
  • Lead influence through creatives
  • Engagement rate improvement month-over-month
  • Turnaround time: ≤ 48 hours for priority assets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
