Role Description We need a creative all-rounder who can: Create aesthetic social media posts (photo + graphic design) Edit highly engaging reel videos Work on hyper-realistic or cinematic-style video edits Bring ideas to life in a fresh, bold, edgy way that fits the NoNrml vibe Stay updated with the latest trends in design, streetwear, and Instagram/ video culture Qualifications Expertise in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy Experience in Content Management Ability to work independently and remotely Creative mindset with a strong attention to details Tools/Skills (Preferred): Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any creative editing tools Bonus: AI tools for content, animation, or effects Note : We don’t need resumes. We just want to see your best 3–5 creative works (photo/video/reels) that showcase your style and skill. That’s it.
