Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers for both sales and service operations at Pride Motors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to sales and service.
• Follow up with customers for test drives, bookings, service appointments, and feedback.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/DMS systems accurately.
• Coordinate with sales consultants and service advisors for customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to concerned departments for quick resolution.
• Conduct post-service and post-delivery feedback calls.
• Remind customers about service due dates, insurance renewals, and AMC packages.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to customer interactions.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills (English & Telugu/Hindi preferred)
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM/DMS)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Qualification

• Graduation / Intermediate / Any Degree
• Experience:
• 0–2 years experience in CRM / Customer Support / Call Handling
• Automobile dealership experience preferred (but not mandatory)

Work Timings

• As per dealership operational hours
• Weekly off as per company policy

• Customer satisfaction score (CSI)

• Complaint resolution turnaround time
• Data accuracy in CRM/DMS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
