Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Interact with clients to understand business and technical requirements
• Conduct requirement discussion calls, demos, and follow-ups
• Document client requirements clearly and share with internal teams
• Manage change requests and set correct expectations with clients

Collaboration with Development Team:

• Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, and Project Managers
• Convert client requirements into functional requirements / user stories
• Clarify business logic and workflows to the development team
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
• Support development and testing teams with functional inputs

Delivery, UAT & Support:

• Coordinate UAT with clients and collect feedback
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues
• Track requirement implementation and delivery milestones
• Assist in functional walkthroughs, demos, and release communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in a client-facing role (BA / CRE / Functional Consultant)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to understand technical discussions and explain them in simple terms
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken & written)
• Ability to confidently communicate with local and enterprise clients

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT services / SaaS / Product-based companies
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system workflows
