Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Client-Focused)
Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur
Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Gender: Female
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a client-focused and relationship-driven Customer Relationship Manager to manage communication with both clients and candidates. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring smooth coordination for hiring needs, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting recruiters in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Coordinate between clients, recruiters, and candidates for interview scheduling and updates.
• Explain job roles accurately to candidates based on client expectations.
• Manage and update candidate data, follow-ups, and status reports.
• Handle candidate inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Support recruitment operations by assisting in sourcing and initial screening when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly updates for internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong client-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and convey client needs accurately.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and data management abilities.
• Professional, confident, and service-oriented attitude.

Education

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
