Position: IT Recruiter (Female) Location: Bangalore Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply) Employment Type: Full-Time Languages: English and Kannada (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to converse fluently in both English and Kannada are essential. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Provide regular updates to the management on recruitment status Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus) Good understanding of the IT domain and technical roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic ATS systems What We Offer: A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the HR and IT recruitment space Exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes Interested candidates can send their resume to [email protected] Join us and be a part of our dynamic team!
