Key Responsibilities:

CPQ Solutions Implementation & Transformation

Lead a team of
CPQ functional and technical experts
to
design, implement, and optimize CPQ solutions
.

Oversee
CPQ transformation programs
, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Measure and report on
CPQ program effectiveness and transformation impact
.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience with at least one leading CPQ platform

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate involvement of

key stakeholders

and drive

buy-in for change readiness

. Help clients

enhance the customer experience and optimize CPQ processes

. Build and maintain a strong

network with key stakeholders, team members, and technology teams

to establish long-term relationships.

Business Development & Growth

Drive

business development efforts and thought leadership

in the

quote-to-cash and CPQ space

. Support

RFPs, proposals, and sales efforts

, contributing to

business growth and solutioning

. Participate in

staffing and recruitment

to build and grow a strong team of CPQ professionals. Leverage tools and methodologies to develop

business cases, strategic assessments, and accelerators

Project Management & Execution

Plan, execute, and deliver projects

on time and within budget

while ensuring high-quality outcomes. Manage project timelines,

resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication

. Coordinate cross-functional teams and

ensure seamless collaboration

between business and technical teams.

Client Relationship Management & Advisory

Act as a

trusted advisor

for CPQ implementation projects, building strong relationships with key client decision-makers. Provide strategic insights on

pricing strategies, product configuration, and quote management best practices

. Work closely with

sales, finance, and IT teams

to ensure seamless integration and business alignment.
