Job Summary:

Change Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify

    stakeholder challenges and expectations

    , defining and executing a

    Change Management strategy

    for business transformation programs.

  • Leverage

    social and digital technologies

    to drive effective

    change communication

    .

  • Assist clients in

    building change capability

    and fostering an

    agile organizational culture

    .

  • Facilitate

    stakeholder review sessions and agreement meetings

    to align on change strategies.

  • Conduct

    Change Impact Analysis

    and develop

    treatment plans

    to address potential risks.

  • Implement strategies that

    prepare organizations for new business processes

    and drive adoption.

  • Support

    Change Measurement activities

    using a

    Change Readiness tool

    .

  • Collaborate with

    HR Transformation teams

    to implement HR systems like

    SuccessFactors and Workday

    .

  • Work within a

    global, dynamic team

    , communicating effectively in English.

  • Coach and mentor

    junior team members

    , fostering professional development.

  • Contribute to

    practice-building initiatives

    , including

    recruitment, training, and community engagement

    .

  • Travel globally to

    collaborate with top-tier clients

    and deliver

    large-scale transformation projects

    .


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Bachelor s or Master s degree

    in Business, Organizational Change, HR, or a related field.

  • 5+ years

    of experience in

    Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation

    .

  • Strong understanding of

    Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter s Change Model, etc.)

    .

  • Experience in

    digital transformation and technology adoption

    (e.g., HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors).

  • Strong

    stakeholder management and communication skills

    , with the ability to engage across all levels.

  • Ability to

    develop and execute Change Impact Assessments and Communication Plans

    .

  • Experience working in a

    global, cross-functional environment

    .

  • Ability to

    mentor and coach

    junior team members.

  • Willingness to

    travel globally

    for project execution.
