Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant- Training Operations to join our team at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct operational audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
