Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in the Training Operations department at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training initiatives.
