Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns.

● Support the team in compiling US tax-related data and documentation.

● Help with the analysis of financial statements and tax implications of various

transactions.

● Conduct research on US tax laws, regulations, and policies.

● Participate in tax planning and compliance projects.

● Assist in the preparation of US tax provision calculations and supporting schedules.

● Help with the maintenance of US tax records and documentation.

● Support the team with ad-hoc US tax-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in US Accounting, US Finance, US Taxation,

or a related field.

● Strong academic performance with a focus on US tax and accounting courses.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

● Basic understanding of US tax concepts and principles.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

● Effective written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with US tax preparation software

● Prior internship or work experience in tax or accounting (preferred but not required
