As a CPA/Enrolled Agent in the Tax department based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks related to US tax compliance, reporting, and research. This position offers you a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals in the tax and accounting field. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns. - Support the team in compiling US tax-related data and documentation. - Help analyze financial statements and assess tax implications of different transactions. - Conduct research on US tax laws, regulations, and policies. - Participate in tax planning and compliance projects. - Assist in preparing US tax provision calculations and supporting schedules. - Aid in maintaining US tax records and documentation. - Support the team with ad-hoc US tax-related tasks and projects as required. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in US Accounting, US Finance, US Taxation, or a related field. - Strong academic performance with a focus on US tax and accounting courses. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of US tax concepts and principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
