Job Description

Role Overview

The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and administration of academic programs/courses. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day academic activities, schedules, and timetables for courses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and management.
  • Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, and maintain records.
  • Assist in curriculum planning, course material distribution, and exam scheduling.
  • Support faculty with classroom logistics, resources, and administrative tasks.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and assessments as per course requirements.
  • Address student queries, provide academic guidance, and ensure effective grievance redressal.
  • Prepare academic reports, MIS, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinate feedback collection and work on improving course delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle student and faculty queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education/Management or relevant field.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination, teaching, or administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) will be an advantage.

Important:

This is a stipend-based opportunities with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
