Course Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Course Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily business operations, support admissions, manage accounts, and coordinate sales and marketing activities. You will play a key part in achieving business goals and ensuring smooth operations while building strong relationships with students and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms to promote courses and attract admissions.
• Monitor daily activities and provide clear weekly reports.
• Plan and guide telemarketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
• Maintain office operations, account books, vouchers, and cash records.
• Handle business communications (calls, emails, and meetings).
• Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure after-sales support, and collect feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of accounts/finance handling.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in coordination, sales, or education industry is a plus.
