About the Role:

Join us as a Course Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You need to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust management skills.

You need to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up, organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively.This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup!

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and management of the designated cohorts keeping in mind the success metrics. Reviewing cohort performance, managing cohort success, managing learner sentiment, and reporting gaps.
• Scheduling and running multiple cohorts in coordination with all the stakeholders involved.
• Tracking learner progress and performance to preempt gaps while building for them.
• Working with Industry Experts and Mentors to create and innovate on the subjects of the future
• Course Documentation with detailed reports of success and improvement parameters, pain points, learner feedback, reviews, and analysis
• Creating a seamless experience for every cohort cycle, starting from onboarding until graduation
• Aid in product design and development.
