APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE COURSE COORDINATOR

(Academic & Program Operations Role)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Course Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end academic coordination and smooth execution

This is a non-clinical, academic operations role that bridges faculty, students, content, and assessments, ensuring high program quality and learner experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Academic Coordination

• Coordinate delivery of all modules as per curriculum plan
• Liaise with faculty (neuroscience, psychology, tech, AI, VR)
• Ensure timely conduct of live classes, recordings, and practical sessions
• Maintain academic schedules, session plans, and calendars

Student Management

• Act as the primary academic point of contact for students
• Address course-related queries professionally and promptly
• Track attendance, assignments, assessments, and participation
• Support students through program milestones and completion

Program Operations

• Manage LMS platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle, etc.)
• Coordinate assessments, case submissions, projects, and evaluations
• Maintain academic documentation, reports, and records
• Support convocation, lab visits, and academic events

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and timelines
• Assist in academic audits, feedback collection, and improvements
• Support ethical, evidence-based, and structured learning delivery

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Educational Background

Any ONE of the following:

• MSc Physiology
• MSc Biotechnology
• MSc Biochemistry / Life Sciences
• MSc Psychology (with neuro focus)

Core Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of psychology & neuroscience basics
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional communication with faculty and students
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Comfort with online teaching platforms & digital tools
