Pay: ₹10,000.00-₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Trivandrum and Kochi

Job description

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to hosting creative training events and educational programs. Our ideal candidate has experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning. Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development, is also essential.

Course Coordinator Job description & duties

• · Answer telephones and respond to client an follow up procedure
• · Plan meetings, coordinate seminar and other arrangements
• · Create budgets for events and allocate with in line managers
• · Form contacts with local media outlets, both online and offline
• · Answer potential clients’ questions about facility and amenities
• · Maintain and evaluate audio-visual equipment

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
• Degree in Education, Training/ Management
• Travel preferred
• Relocation to anywhere in Kerala

Course Coordinator qualifications and skills

· Freshers are welcome

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· English Language must

· Excellent communication skill & problem solving
