Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counter Staff to join our team at TajSATS, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage counter operations, including handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure prompt service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
