Job Description

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and increase market share.
Manage assigned territories effectively, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Counsel clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing approaches.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer insights to senior management.
Train and mentor junior team members, including counselors and sales staff.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally to close deals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all client interactions.
