We take pride in our strong placement record and our mission to bridge the gap between education and industry. --- Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students towards choosing the right IT career path, counsel them about our courses, and ensure smooth admission conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media leads). Counsel students about courses offered by Speedup Infotech and their career benefits. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain daily and weekly reports on inquiries and conversions. Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management. Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams for promotional activities. Provide accurate information about course content, fees, and payment plans. Maintain a positive relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Marketing / Education / IT Experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (Education industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
