Job Summary:

Utkarsh Classes, a leading name in competitive exam preparation, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and counselling students and parents, handling admission inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. This is a target-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100+ calls daily to prospective students and leads generated through marketing activities.

Counsel students and parents regarding various competitive courses and programs offered.

Understand student requirements and provide course recommendations accordingly.

Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure conversions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with students.

Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets as per company goals.

Adhere to organizational processes and guidelines strictly.

Provide accurate information regarding courses, exam preparation, and academic support.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Mandatory)

Should have appeared for or have sound knowledge of competitive exams (e.g., UPSC, SSC, Banking, State PSCs, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Experience in educational sales or counselling will be an advantage.
