Costing Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Costing Engineer, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Costing Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, preparing bid documents, and working closely with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. The role also involves reviewing and negotiating supplier quotations, tracking project costs, and providing cost reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and pricing
• Experience in project management, detailed analysis of project specifications, and requirement gathering
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work as an individual contributor and part of a team
• Knowledge of robotic and automation systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
