Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Manager / Assistant Cost Manager at Gleeds in Vikhroli, Mumbai with a background in high-rise building construction projects in Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to cost management such as Billing, BBS, Budgeting, Estimation, Rate analysis, Monthly Cost Reporting, Risk Management and Value Engineering, Contracts Management, Cost Planning, Tender Process, Valuations, etc. within construction industry.
Experience: 6 to 10 years, with a background in high-rise building construction projects in Mumbai
Preference will be given to local candidates who live in Mumbai and can join at earliest.
